Word & Witness LLC provides support for the Word & Witness service. Get help with your account, report a safety concern, or ask a privacy question.

Account help

Include your username and a short description of what happened. Never send your password.

Safety concern

Use Report in the app when possible. For an urgent concern, contact us with the username and content involved.

Privacy request

You can delete your account in mobile Settings or use our account deletion page without the app.

App issue

Tell us your device model, app version, and the steps that led to the problem.

Study Groups and Plus

A free group includes its owner plus two collaborators (three people total). Free members can own up to three groups with five scripture copies each, plus ten separate copies in Personal Study. The owner's Plus expands each group they own to 50 members (51 people total), unlimited owned groups, and unlimited scripture copies. Invited members do not need Plus. Joining groups is unlimited on every plan. Archived groups and copies still count toward free limits.

If the owner's Plus expires, only groups above the free limits become view-only with members, roles, scripture, notes, highlights, discussion, and progress preserved. The owner can renew Plus, transfer ownership to an eligible member who accepts, or return within the free limits to restore collaboration. The owner's three oldest groups remain eligible for free use; additional owned groups become view-only. Canceling keeps Plus available through the paid period. Open Profile > Word & Witness Plus in the iPhone or Android app to manage your subscription or restore purchases.

Before contacting us

Check that you are using the latest available App Store, Google Play, or test version.
Close and reopen the app, then try the action once more.
If a session expired, sign in again with the email used to create the account.
